Stress Relief

So can we eliminate Chronic Stress? Perhaps not? Some people in history have done so.

Can we reduce Chronic Stress? Definitely Yes! As you noticed from yesterday's post, I was going to write about how to manage stress today.

To do so would have been stressful, as some unexpected things came my way today. I have learned the hard way not to rush to meet deadlines at the expense of my health.
